I just found out that I am going to the 2009 San Jose MLK Tournament in January with a blended U12-U14 team! This is going to be awesome. The tournament brings the best teams from all over the country including Alaska and as far as the Northeast. The defending National Champs will be there too! BTW, the MLK tourney in San Jose always has the best sweatshirts too...The team I'll be travelling with is part of the NW Selects/Portland Jr. Hawk Program and so we have some pretty good talent on that team. We'll see how it goes...but I'm pretty stoked!
